A human connection professional on a mission to inspire and support ‘Australia’ to step up
Who am I?
This is a question I have only been able to answer in recent years. A faithful leap from a successful sales career at Google, to follow my passions led to an unconventional path to delve deeper.
An adventure to discover Burning Man in Australia changed my life. A vision for a sunset party - lead to the creation of what has become one of the largest gatherings at Burning Seed where 1000’s come to connect and dance every sunset to enjoy beautiful music played in synch with this beautiful time of day.
I discovered I was way more colourful and creative than I imagined. I learnt my greatest fear and perceived weakness was actually my superpower. I realised my potential as a leader. A whole new level of life opened up in front of me. I went from hiding in the shadows to be the guy centre stage. I found my voice and my natural ability to inspire others.
Professionally, I went from being a sales guy & marketing consultant to a teacher, facilitator, coach and speaker.

Realising my true potential led to the calling. It was no longer about me, but the difference I could make for others. Visions opened up in front of me, aligned to my natural capabilities, passions and professional experience. I could see my potential of impact - it was my time to step up!
Discovering my purpose at 40 yrs old - I questioned why it had to take so long?
This led me down the rabbit hole to research and understand ‘how’ we discover our purpose and created a course to help people on their journey. Leading to all the programs I have created to help individuals, employees and organisations step up into their potential of impact and growth.
I now regard myself as a human connection professional, helping people connect with themselves, their purpose and their communities. I help companies connect with their teams and employees to connect with each other, through purpose and their individual passions.
My personal passion for party organising went to another level with a social impact mission.
I founded Xstatic Sunsets with a purpose to inspire a more healthy party culture and improve mental health.
I lead a movement for healthy partying, creating high vibe creative themed parties without alcohol (and drugs) providing a safe, inclusive and judgement-free space for anyone to dance, party and express themselves.

Living on purpose, expressing our authentic selves and living a life we love, quite naturally goes hand in hand with fulfilment and happiness. ‘Purpose’ is the foundation for personal growth and self-actualisation.

20 years of experience from working at Google, marketing consulting, teaching entrepreneurship and founding a social impact business. I create and facilitate programs that deliver on your goals.
Wellbeing Experience
Practising self-awareness, meditation and mindset tools to help manage my own mental health challenges and limiting beliefs has equipped me to help others. I understand the challenges and the tools to help guide your path.
Play Experience
From starting a Burning Man sunset party to travelling the length of the Andes on public buses (with limited Spanish!). I share inspiring stories of taking the leap. Party organiser, high vibe speaker and dance facilitator. I make whatever we do together ‘fun’.

Yoga at the Bali Spirit Festival. One of my favourite festivals bringing together the best teachers and fasciliators from around the world.
My ultra running days are over but it was a big focus of my life for many years. More on the bike these days - less impact on the body!
